Okay so as you all know im on a quest to drop the pounds and I think that I am certainly doing well so far. Then again the year just started like.....24hours ago so it might be a little to early to tell?? hmmm.....
Anyways I have had the pleasure of recieving a free box of Slim-it-yourself from siy-uk.blogspot.com in exchange for a tell all on my blog as well as a feedback on hers after this product has run its course.
This product is 100% totally safe (I checked with a doctor before agreeing to consume as I do not want to endanger my health) it's pretty easy to follow the instructions. I would only have to consume one 12ml bottle in the morning after breakfast and another 12ml bottle before I sleep. The two bottles differ as the morning one is suppose to help burn more fats, especially the ones thats been stored for years!! She said that if my fat has been there for years I will need more than one box to get rid of those as the product works layer by layer. Only once a layer of fat has been rid of can it go into the deeper layer of fats. find out more information on her blog. And as for the night bottle, it's purpose is to nourish the body.
In addition to consuming this 2 bottles all I would have to do is drink about 3L of water a day. SIMPLE AND EASY!!! this would be a tremendous weight lost revelation!!!
to increase weight lost i could eat less fatty food and do a about 15-30mins of light exercises daily but its not necessary! with SIY as long as i do the bottles + the water I loose 2-5kg's in 10 days. it could be more if i were diligent but will see.
